Take one step back for a minute and consider this – perhaps its your customers who are the angry ones? Why would they be angry you ask? Maybe they’re angry over at a lack of clear direction?
So what’s really going on?
Could it be that you’re simply not asking for the sale or closing the deal?
Remember, always have a clear call-to-action for all of your marketing campaigns and collateral, be it offline or online – tell customers clearly what you want them to do next!

Make your offer a small or low risk event or action.
People will respond.
This encourages prospects into your sales funnel and is the first step to building trust.
Above all make your call-to-action stand out (and take deep breaths).
